Q. How long from the time I order my home will it take to construct?

A. On average it takes 4-6 weeks.

Q. How long will it take to get into my home?

A. About 4 weeks after homeowner gets power to unit. We bring the home in, marry the home, complete the sheetrock,install the carpeting, complete the interior trim and detail work and do a walk thru with homeowner and give home keys. At that time homeowner is free to move in.

Q. Do you have land to sell?

A. No not at this time

Q. can you help with permits?

A. We can help with permits or do them for you

Q. How much can you change a floorplan?

A. You can change walls, flooring,  cabinets, and a variety of other things. The best thing to do is make the changes on your floorplan and we can price those individual changes out for you.

Q. Do you do the contracting part?

A. No but we have a list of reliable contractors that you can contact and get bids from. And we can help with the process.

Q. Do you do the financing?

A. No we do not however you can go to any loan institution and get a standard construction loan, we also have a list of financial institutions we can recommend.
