Golden Homes Inc is a member of the chamber of commerce, the Washington State Manufactured Housing Association, and the Better Business Bureau. Information on Golden Homes is available through all of these organizations. We enjoy a good relationship with the community, realizing that customer referrals are the major part of our business.

Golden Homes Inc. was started in the early 1990's in Poulsbo Washington, with Chuck Turpin and Dick Nutter as owners. Through the years they strive to build an excellent reputation, accommodating customers with their homebuying needs. In 1999 Chuck and Dick started the  Sequim Home buying Center. In 2003 Chuck and Dick decided it was time to sell the Poulsbo Location and concentrate on Sequim. They have had great success with only one location. In early spring of 2006 Chuck Turpin passed away due to a hard battle with brain cancer. He will be greatly missed. Dick Nutter and Vella Tudor now own and operate the Sequim Home buying Center.
